Our story
Erik Davison founded DBV Solutions in 2004. DBV stands for Driving Business Value. The firm brings cross industry experience to strategic advisory and project management work that drives growth, efficiency and AI readiness for companies of every size.
Guided by integrity, transparency and close collaboration, DBV designs and implements data driven solutions that improve the top and bottom line, meet client objectives and reduce risk. We favor long term, trusted relationships over short term gains, because lasting success depends as much on strong partnerships as on performance.
Today much of our work is helping organizations redesign critical business processes with AI and automation built into everyday operations. That shortens cycle times, improves decision accuracy and lowers operating costs. The timing matters: competitive pressure, rising customer expectations and regulatory and cost constraints are all increasing, while advances in data, analytics and generative AI make large scale modernization of legacy processes practical and high return.
We are strongest in insurance. Our principals are licensed brokers and efficiency experts, and we have worked with many of the global top 50 property and casualty and benefits brokers.

Leadership
Erik Davison, Founder and CEO
Erik Davison founded DBV Solutions and leads its consultants. He is a seasoned global management consultant with Big 6 consulting experience at Andersen Consulting and Accenture, and an MBA in Finance.
Before consulting, Erik served in the US Air Force, after Air Force ROTC at the University of Colorado Boulder. He later worked at global financial and insurance brokerage and carrier companies, and as a licensed property and casualty producer. That combination lets him pair working insurance knowledge with consulting skills built at many top 20 global insurance brokers. His experience runs deepest in financial services, healthcare and insurance, and reaches well beyond them.
A native European who came to the United States as a young adult, Erik brings cross continent experience and speaks four languages. His leadership follows the servant leadership model. He is the architect of the Enterprise Intelligence framework and the author of Enterprise Intelligence, and he writes and speaks on management, artificial intelligence and organizational learning.
